
IExperts is seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Training Coordinator to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing training programs while ensuring smooth delivery of both online and on-site sessions. This role supports business and learning objectives through effective communication, documentation, and continuous improvement of training quality.

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Training Coordinator or similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
Experience in training, education, or e-learning is a plus
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Training Coordinator or in a similar role
Background in training, education, or e-learning is a plus
